Hi, Michael! I recognize your name from Charlie Green's blog, too. Thank you for stopping by.

If your brother has any suggestions about things we should do or see in Baltimore, we'd love to hear them!

Thank you for the kind words and encouragement. We appreciate it.

Sent my brother this blog post because he loves Baltimore. Found your blog by accident from the comments on Charles Green's blog - Trust Matters. What I like most about it is the "About" section and the "Start at the Beginning" section. Wish more blogs did that. I'm always saying to myself "What the heck is this blog about?!" Not on yours. Great idea and good luck on your travels.

I keep meaning to take pictures of the food, Beth...but we eat it before I manage to take any pictures!

We are working on building up good photographer habits, and more food pics should be appearing once we get the hang of this.

Three cheers for outdoor cooking on hot days! And for skipping the dishes!

Your grilled cheese sounds scrumptious.

I wonder if we could make grilled cheese by wrapping the sandwiches in parchment paper and then foil and strapping them to the manifold when we're on the road...

The description of the crepes was mouthwatering, perhaps you should take a picture here and there of your plated meals. I could send you a photo of the swiss, cheddar grilled cheese we had for dinner on the deck tonight. It was 34 degrees celcius tonight and we've been barbecuing for days; the grilled cheese was quick, delicious and could be served on a napkin so you have zero dishes to wash. It is 10:08 here in Black Diamond, Alberta and we're headed for bed. God Bless the Rocky Mountains that cool off the air for good sleeping. Keep on - keeping on. Ross and Beth
